You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Accounts and Access

Certain features require a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sign-in links or credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our third-party payment processor.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.
We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell any data or content without authorization;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts; or

The Service and all associated content, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by Covian or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covian and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Covian and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Covian is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
